Dominican Institute Library is located at the serene part of the Institute; it's the information centre of the Insitute.

The library has a rich, vibrant and exclusive collection of books (over 50,000 volumes) and Journals on others. The reference section of the library houses the various Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, commentaies and other special information resources.

Library Environment

Students are only allowed into the library using their school's identity card. The Dominican Institute Library id divided basically into four sections namely:

• The circulation desk where students are attended to.


• The reading room, where absolute silence is maintained and students read


• The stack room where our books are arranged on the shelves.


• The Chief librarian's Office.
